Before joining Vertex Group, Subba served as Executive Vice President – Solutions and Transitions at Teleperformance, where he led large-scale transformation programmes combining technology innovation with operational discipline. He has a strong track record of designing and executing growth strategies across multi-geography operations, with experience in scaling organisations to revenues of 200 million per year.
Over the course of his career, Subba has developed and implemented comprehensive transformation frameworks using advanced analytics, process automation, and stakeholder alignment to deliver sustainable performance improvements. His expertise spans strategic planning, business development, quality management, organisational transformation, and talent leadership. He has previously held leadership roles at WNS Global Services, Capita, Wipro, HSBC, and Asian Paints, consistently delivering growth through a blend of strategic vision and execution excellence.
