Chennai: Jodi is one popular dance property on Vijay TV. The Show recently saw its grand Finale on March 25th, 2017 in Nehru Indoor stadium, Chennai. This Dance extravaganza is all set for premier on Sunday, April 9th at 4 PM. Various Dance enthusiasts in the city witnessed the scintillating dance acts. Some breath taking performances by all the ten Finalists marked the Grand Finale.
The grand finale was hosted by the energetic and cool anchors Priyanka Deshpande, Ma Ka Pa Anand and the second half of the show was taken over by the chirpy anchor DD. Actress Sadha, Actress Deivaiyani and Multi talented film personality T. Rajendhar gave a dashing entry on stage by shaking their legs to some popular dance numbers from their movies. As judges they were seen encouraging and spreading positive vibes to the contestants.
And to surprise the audience, for the First time ever, 100 Dancing fames from Vijay TV’s popular show Kings of dance gave an earth shattering performance. As a dedication to the spirit of youth during floods and protests, they performed a breath-taking act.The event also has the sizzling act from Banjara girls. They are popular girls dance team from a popular reality show in north.
Alena- Shaiji, Priya- Sunitha, Sonali- Adhi, Rio-shruthi and Mani- Felinawere the top five finalist who created a live dance battle on stage.
The show also witnessed the special entry of handsome actor Vijay Sethupathi. He walked into the stage along with the successfully running movie Kavan’s team. They were seen cheering and lauding the contestants with encouraging comments. And everyone’s favorite and the coolest dancing star Sandy master gave an entertaining performance along with other contestants of Jodi.
In the two rounds, Every finalist gave their best to impress the audience and the judges and the winners walked out with the most coveted title and the prize money at the grand finale.
