Mumbai: YAAP, an independent digital and content-led marketing group, has announced the appointment of Nishant Radia, Founder of Vidooly, as Head of Platforms. The move marks a significant step in YAAP’s strategic expansion into technology, data, and platform-driven marketing solutions.
In his new role, Nishant will lead YAAP’s platforms and products charter, focusing on building proprietary technology, data intelligence frameworks, and owned platforms across influencer marketing, content intelligence, brand performance analytics, and creator ecosystems. His appointment coincides with the launch of YAAP’s dedicated Tech Hub in Noida, envisioned as the group’s central nerve centre for product engineering, AI-led innovation, data science, and platform development.

“Nishant joining YAAP is a defining moment for our journey,” said Dr. Atul Hegde, Founder, YAAP. “As marketing becomes increasingly accountable, data-driven, and platform-centric, the next decade will be shaped by companies that own technology, not just talent. Nishant brings a rare combination of founder mindset, deep product thinking, and scale experience. This is a crucial hire as we build long-term value through tech, data, and owned platforms.”
Nishant Radia, Head of Platforms at YAAP, said, “What drew me to YAAP was a shared belief that agencies must evolve into product-led, tech-enabled businesses. YAAP’s builder mindset—integrating technology to create products for today and tomorrow—strongly resonates with me. Having worked at the intersection of content and data, I’m excited to bring that experience, build and scale solutions that deliver real value.”
Radia, widely regarded as one of India’s most credible product entrepreneurs in digital media and video intelligence, founded Vidooly, a global video analytics and ad intelligence platform. At YAAP, he will focus on platform-led solutions that help brands and creators make smarter decisions, improve measurement, and unlock scalable growth through data and technology.
The Noida Tech Hub will house product managers, engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists, working closely with YAAP teams across Mumbai, Bangalore, Dubai, and Southeast Asia to accelerate innovation and platform rollouts.
As part of the expansion, Ajay Mishra has joined YAAP as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the group. Ajay will be responsible for the group’s overall technology architecture, engineering excellence, data infrastructure, and AI roadmap.
With Nishant Radia leading the platforms charter, Ajay Mishra driving group-wide technology, and a dedicated tech hub now operational, YAAP is positioning itself firmly at the intersection of creativity, culture, data, and code.
