Mumbai: Yellow Fertility, an affordable fertility centre, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Dr. Reji M Pillai as Chief Operating Officer (COO). A transformational healthcare leader with over two decades of cross-functional experience, Dr. Reji brings extensive expertise in scaling healthcare operations and delivering measurable business outcomes across India and international markets.
With a proven record of driving operational excellence across 100+ healthcare facilities, Dr. Reji has led large-scale healthcare systems in India, the UK, and Europe, overseeing portfolios worth over ₹300 crore. His leadership experience spans operational efficiency, patient experience enhancement, and multi-market expansion strategies.
At Yellow Fertility, Dr. Reji will oversee end-to-end operations, process standardisation, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and the scaling of multi-centre operations in line with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Prior to joining Yellow Fertility, he served as Interim COO and Vice President — Group Operations at IHPL, where he led the expansion from 51 to 72 centres within seven months, helped generate a ₹15+ crore revenue pipeline, delivered 8% revenue growth, and implemented digital transformation initiatives that cut costs by 5.3% while improving patient throughput.
