Yupp Video Services fuels Chaupal’s tech overhaul across 25+ devices

Mumbai: Yupp Video Services (YVS), the B2B technology division of YuppTV and a global leader in white-label OTT and streaming solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Chaupal, one of India’s fastest-growing regional OTT platforms for Punjabi, Haryanvi, and Bhojpuri audiences. The collaboration marks a major milestone for Chaupal as it revamps its full technology stack to accelerate its next phase of growth.

After three years of rapid expansion, Chaupal sought to rebuild its technology foundation to enable scale and improve user experience. YVS engineered a fully custom tech instance tailored to Chaupal’s regional-first strategy, combining the platform’s deep audience insights with YVS’s robust OTT engineering capabilities.

Together, both teams have developed a modern, flexible platform now available across 25+ devices, featuring faster and more customizable apps, improved video playback, and continuous performance upgrades. Chaupal has also integrated YVS’s AI-driven content recommendations and AI-powered operational monitoring for proactive quality assurance. In a standout technical achievement, YVS executed the seamless migration of 10 million users with 0% subscriber loss, completed at record speed without any service disruption.
