Mumbai: In a rapidly growing creator economy, two young industry professionals—Zeba Madni and Supriya Ullengala—have launched Madhouse Media, a creator-first, 360° influencer marketing and talent management agency that has swiftly emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing creator-led firms.
In just one year, the agency has executed more than 500 campaigns and forged 300+ brand collaborations with leading names such as HDFC Bank, Godrej Properties, Amazon, Imagine Apple, and 1% Club, while simultaneously nurturing and growing the next generation of creators.
What began as a small campaign execution assignment soon transformed into a full-fledged ecosystem designed to help creators scale sustainably. Madhouse Media’s core strength lies in its focus on helping micro and emerging creators grow from 10K to 100K and beyond, through structured content strategy, creative IP development, and long-term brand partnerships.
With a 95% brand retention rate and an expansive in-house creator network across multiple categories, the agency brings together influencer campaigns, content IPs, and talent management under one integrated framework. Its exclusive creator roster includes Diya Bafna, Sneha Kejriwal, Madhav Bhatia, Meghana (Pretty Much Business), Devraj Pant, Rohan Tyagi, Himani Sharma, and Parul Chaddha—many of whom have grown organically under the agency’s mentorship to become trusted voices in finance and lifestyle content.

“We didn’t start out intending to become a talent agency. It began with the goal of executing great campaigns. But as creators started trusting us with their journeys, we knew we had found our calling,” shares Zeba Madni, Founder of Madhouse Media.
Built on the principles of trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships, Madhouse Media aims to bridge the gap between brands and creators through strategy-led storytelling and seamless execution. Over the past year, the agency has expanded into a 10-member team, partnered with more than 200 creators, and worked with brands across sectors including finance, lifestyle, beauty, food, tech, automobiles, and entertainment.

“We wanted to move beyond one niche and collaborate across diverse industries, from fintech and automobiles to lifestyle and wellness, where authentic storytelling can truly create impact,” adds Supriya Ullengala, Co-founder of Madhouse Media.
Before founding the company, Zeba led Talent Management and Agency Partnerships at Finnet Media, while Supriya served as Agency Partnership Manager at the same firm. Their combined experience of working closely with creators and brands laid the foundation for an agency rooted in transparency, collaboration, and sustainable creator growth.
With its creator-first philosophy and fast-paced expansion, Madhouse Media is positioning itself as a new-age powerhouse in India’s influencer and talent ecosystem.
