Mumbai: Sony Pictures Sports Network is all set to launch all new chat show ‘Sony Ten Chai with Raja’ where fans in India will get to watch global tennis stars in an unplugged avatar.
Tennis fans in India have seen Purav Raja serving aces in the ATP circuit and represent India in the Davis Cup so far and now they can look forward to seeing the playful side of his personality while he stirs up some fun on as the host of ‘Sony Ten Chai with Raja.’ Fans will witness Purav in a new role as he deep dives into the conversations with top current and former tennis players from around the world such as Indian Legends, Leander Paes, Mahesh Bhupathi, Sania Mirza, along with global stars like World Number 6, Stefanos Tsitsipas, 4-time Grand Slam Champion, Jim Courier and 2-time Grand Slam Champion Marat Safin and many more who will be quizzed, grilled and even put on a spot.
‘Sony Ten Chai with Raja’ will be telecast exclusively on SONY SIX channels, every Saturday at 7:00 pm with the first episode on 19th September 2020.
‘Sony Ten Chai with Raja’ is a hybrid between a game and candid chat show with global tennis stars on variety of topics ranging for current affairs, sport and entertainment. The show is a departure from the regular interview style format normally applied to sports shows and presents these stars in a newer light. The five-episode interactive show will showcase four sections and three segments where current and former tennis legends will team up to lap up a greater number of points to win each section. The episodes will be filled with a lot of ‘masala’ and simmering action to engage the most discerning of audiences and keep them glued throughout the show.
