New Delhi: With the second wave of COVID-19 induced lockdowns impacting the country’s food and beverage industry, India’s leading restaurant technology platform, inresto by Dineout has launched the #HumansOfRestaurants campaign based on the inspiring stories of some of the most resilient and innovative restaurateurs in the country. The campaign offers readers an insider’s view into the struggles, efforts, and motivations of some of the most influential and remarkable figures within the industry.

The response to the campaign has been full of surprise, as it has already garnered over a million reach and impressions across social media platforms and counting.

Speaking on the thought behind this creative campaign aimed at highlighting the faces behind some of the country’s most popular restaurants, Nikhil Bakshi, Co-founder and Marketing Head – Dineout said, “The aim of this campaign is to highlight & recognize the efforts put in by some of the experts of the restaurant industry. With the continued restrictions on dining out, the campaign’s goal is to boost the collective morale of the industry. During these testing times, the #HumansOfRestaurants series is our way of tipping our hats to acknowledge the relentless efforts and steadfast commitment of the Indian restaurant community.’’

These stories highlight the inventive steps taken by the restaurants to sail through this storm.
