Barrackpore based Swami Vivekananda Group of Institutions has been conferred the Academic Excellence Award under “Infrastructure”. This institute has been specialized in technical based subjects like Life Sciences, Agriculture, Horticulture, Health, Hospitality Management, and Sociology.
Academic Excellence Award of TV9 Bangla confers Dumdum-based Sur Institute of Technology of JIS Group, Eastern India’s best Engineering Education Institute of Technology under “Skill Development”. The students qualified under the courses offered by the institute have been successfully placed in national and international organizations of repute. Stretched across 5.64-acre land cover, Sur Institute of Technology is a lush green campus with a sports yard- the only institute in Kolkata and Eastern India. Chaired by experienced faculties, currently, it offers 5 courses in B-Tech affiliated under AICTE and Maulana Abul Kalam University.
