Careernet Announces Rebranding, Reveals New Brand Identity
Share Share ShareShare

Bengaluru: Careernet, India’s leading talent solutions provider, announced today the launch of its new corporate brand identity. To reiterate Careernet’s reliability, consumer trustworthiness, and transparency in processes, they have realigned their core brand values and identity. As part of the rebranding process, Careernet has revamped its logo and website design. Their new positioning statement “We Make it Happen” implies, when it comes to finding the right talent, Careernet ‘makes it happen’ through domain expertise, tenacity, innovation, and customer-centricity. These changes come at a time when the company is evolving its service offerings by leveraging technology and digital means to make talent solutions happen for its clients. Careernet, with its rebranding initiative, aims to continue providing holistic talent solutions to talent acquisition heads of large organizations (Tech, IT Services, eCommerce, GIC, Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, BFSI), Global talent acquisition heads, and CHROs of large firms among others.

Since 1999, Careernet has seen the evolution of talent acquisition in the country and transformed itself with the changing recruitment dynamics. This has helped Careernet a great deal in innovating solutions for organizations from time to time.

The new logo’s meaning is multilayered, with the first yellow graphic depicting a smiling emoticon as well as the letter ‘c.’ The blue, which is seamlessly integrated with the structure of the letter ‘n,’ represents the human connection in a similar way. The brand’s complete experience is elevated by the updated online experience, which is ready to match strides with the sensibilities of the current user. Careernet plans to challenge the professional environment of the post-2020 period with this new imagery.

“Careernet through its new positioning statement “We Make It Happen” holds the reliability and promise of accessing the right talent pool for the right opportunities which has become our calling card,” said Anshuman Das, CEO, and Co-Founder, Careernet. “Through this rebranding, Careernet being a holistic talent solutions provider, having domain expertise, scale, speed, and customer-centricity, aims to maintain its 20 years of legacy in the recruitment industry in the coming years. Due to the trust and long-term relationships that we have established with organizations, we are able to understand their requirements and ‘make it happen’ for them each time.  From finding the most passionate individual to looking for an entire team, we are adept at helping organizations find the best talent, discover markets, start businesses and scale up.”

Trust and reliability are key to Careernet’s promise as the most valued attributes. It’s how they’ve risen to the top of India’s talent solutions market. Careernet delivered outstanding talent by keeping processes transparent and simple, whether it was assisting someone in finding their ideal job or giving the organization a completely new team that is ready to perform from the start.

Careernet is now turning its attention inside as part of its next phase of transformational experiences. The brand has undergone a revamp that aims to improve and enhance the user experience across the board. From the logo to the website’s navigation and language, they have used it.
