Mumbai: ZEE5 is set to expand its regional entertainment slate with the exclusive premiere of Parimala & Co on July 10. The family entertainer, directed by Pandiraaj and produced by Lyca Productions in association with Pasanga Productions, will stream in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi.
Headlined by Jayaram and Urvashi, the ensemble cast also features Mysskin, Yogi Babu, Sandy, Santosh Sobhan, Sanjana Krishnamoorthy and Ananthika Sanilkumar.
Blending comedy, family drama and a murder mystery, Parimala & Co follows an ordinary family that unexpectedly finds itself caught in the middle of a bizarre investigation. As suspicion mounts and hidden secrets begin to surface, each family member becomes entangled in a chain of humorous misunderstandings and unexpected twists. The film combines Pandiraaj’s signature storytelling style with situational humour and suspense to deliver an entertainer aimed at audiences across age groups.
