The fans of Dhanush and general audiences together have released this trailer.

Maaran is presented by Sathya Jyothi Films T.G. Thyagarajan and is produced by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan. The film is co-produced by G. Saravanan and Sai Siddharth. The film is directed by Karthick Naren and features a musical score by G.V. Prakash Kumar. Malavika Mohanan is playing the female lead role. The others in the star cast include Samuthirakani, Krishna Kumar, Master Mahendran, Jayaprakash, Aadukalam Narain, and many leading actors from the film industry. The screenplay is written by Karthick Naren along with eminent writers Suhas and Sharfu. The film is premiering on Disney Plus Hotstar from March 11, 2022, onwards.
