Srishti Behl Arya, has joined Phantom Films as CEO. She moved on from Netflix as Director – International Original Films last year in May after a stint of over 3 years.
At Netflix, Arya reported to Monika Shergill, Vice-President of content for India. She had commissioned and backed a slate of original film titles including Guilty, AK vs AK, Bulbbul and Serious Men for the service, besides its first Tamil and Telugu movies, Paava Kadhaigal and Pitta Kathalu.
She was also associated with Rose Audiovisuals Pvt. Ltd. as Founder and Director for over 17 years. She was Vice President (For Digital & Television) at Producers Guild of India for 2 years. Jury at International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and also for the International Emmy Awards in 2014 and 2016. She was a jury for Large Short Films at Mumbai Academy of Moving Image (MAMI) in 2017.
