Noida: ABP Network has named Sameer Rao as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ABP Creations, a wholly owned subsidiary of ABP Network. A seasoned media and entertainment professional, Sameer has a wide-ranging experience of two decades in television, film, and digital platforms. His appointment has been effective from 1st June, 2022. He will be operating from ABP Network’s Mumbai office.
Sameer is a senior Indian media and entertainment industry professional with strong expertise in conceptualization, development, and execution of original content. He has formerly worked at YouTube, STAR India, Discovery Communications, Vinod Chopra Films, and UTV Motion Pictures in managerial and leadership roles. Moreover, Sameer holds a PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
