Pankaj will play a pivotal role in formulating the strategy of Oberoi Realty’s commercial business which presently includes International Business Park that comprises of premium commercial spaces – Commerz, Commerz II and Commerz III in Oberoi Garden City, Goregaon, Mumbai.
With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, retail, and hospitality, Pankaj also brings a wealth of expertise in leasing, marketing, facilities and asset management, and SEZ-Compliance & Certification. In addition, he is an accomplished chartered accountant and a postgraduate from IIM, Kozhikode.
