Mumbai: LEAD Group, a School Learning Systems company, has announced a series of strategic leadership elevations aimed at strengthening the organisation as it enters its next phase of growth and innovation.
The leadership changes are aligned with LEAD Group’s long-term vision of impacting 12 million students across 25,000 schools by 2030, while accelerating technology-led learning solutions and innovation to improve student outcomes at scale.
As part of the leadership transition, Ajay Kashyap will move into the role of Chief Executive Officer, Ms Curie.AI, LEAD Group’s AI-first Solutions business. In his new position, he will lead the development of AI-driven products focused on personalised learning and teacher empowerment, supporting the company’s efforts to shape the future of education through intelligent technologies.
Further strengthening its leadership bench, LEAD Group has elevated three senior executives to its Leadership Team.
Soham Mukherjee has been appointed Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and will lead the company’s growth agenda by expanding school partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities, and deepening LEAD Group’s footprint across India.
Indranil Banerjee takes over as Chief Product Officer (CPO) and will be responsible for driving product strategy and innovation across LEAD Group’s portfolio, with a focus on building student-centric learning solutions that enhance classroom outcomes.
Guruprasad Holla has been elevated to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will oversee LEAD Group’s technology vision, focusing on building scalable, secure and future-ready systems that support learning delivery at scale.
