Amit Pandey has joined at Orient Cables India as Chief Executive Officer. His most recent position was with financial service platform PinCap as its Chief Executive Officer.
On starting a new position, Pandey shared on his LinkedIn handle, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Executive Officer at Orient Cables India (P) Limited!”
Along with decades of experience, Pandey is best known as Motivational Speaker, Leadership Coach, Executive Coach, Global Brand Ambassador of Procurement League, USA, and Panelist. He has been a TEDx Speaker for multiple times and did more than 200 Guest Lectures at Colleges and Universities.
Pandey is the recipient of 116 awards including Promising Indian of the Year 2018, Young Inspirational Leader of the Year 2018, Human Charger of The Year 2017, and India’s Best HR Heads Award 2016.
Aforementioned, Pandey, before Orient Cables, was associated with PinCap as Chief Executive Officer between 2020 and 2024. Before PinCap, he worked at Exicom Group as Chief Operating Officer, from 2016 to 2020. Pandey was also positioned as Senior Vice President, Head – Procurement, SCM, HR & Admin at Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd, serving between 2009 and 2016.
Prior to Tikona Digital Networks, Bharti Airtel Limited named Pandey as Senior Manager – SCM where served between 2008 and 2009. He was also associated with Honda Cars India Ltd as Deputy Manager – Purchasing. Before Honda Cars, Pandey started his career as Sales & Service Officer at Kansai Paint Private Limited since 1995.
Pandey graduated B. Tech Chemical Engineering Specialization in Paints Technology at Harcourt Butler Technical University. He also completed XII PCM at Christ Church Inter College in Kanpur.
