Mumbai: FCB Kinnect has appointed Upasana Naithani as Senior Vice President (West).
Naithani joins the agency from Wunderman Thompson, where she held the position of Vice President and Chief Strategy Director. In her new role, she will focus on expanding FCB Kinnect’s client base in Mumbai, exploring new markets, and implementing strategic initiatives. Additionally, she will lead her teams in collaboration with the agency’s creative leadership.
Naithani brings over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, having worked with various well-known brands, including Spotify, Flipkart, and Hershey’s. She has been involved in campaigns that have received industry recognition, including work for UltraTech and Sunsilk.
Her previous roles include positions at agencies such as Dentsu Webchutney and Reliance Retail.
