Pukka by Unilever brings herbal wellness to India with a tranquil new campaign

Mumbai: Pukka, the UK’s #1 herbal infusion brand, has officially launched in India with its latest campaign—“Self Care in a Cup.” To mark this debut, Pukka has unveiled what is possibly the most calming film on the internet, designed to inspire individuals to pause, relax, and embrace self-care. This immersive experience, paired with Pukka’s specially curated herbal infusions, aims to encourage a wellness-first lifestyle in India.

At the core of “Self Care in a Cup” is an aesthetically soothing, ASMR-inspired film, masterfully created by Lowe Lintas. The film takes viewers on a sensory journey through calming nature visuals, rhythmic sounds, and a gentle, meditative narrative—offering an immersive experience that promotes relaxation. As modern life grows increasingly hectic, this campaign reminds audiences of the importance of unwinding and prioritizing well-being.

To reinforce its self-care message, Pukka also launched a thoughtfully timed digital activation on Spotify and Instagram. The campaign gently nudged night owls toward better sleep through late-night advertisements, reminding them to embrace relaxation with a soothing cup of herbal infusion.

Pukka Chamomile and Lavender for Night Time Sleep is one of the brand’s standout offerings—an Ayurvedic-inspired, caffeine-free infusion crafted with handpicked chamomile and lavender, traditionally known for their calming properties. This blend is designed to reduce stress, ease the mind, and promote restful sleep, making it the perfect bedtime ritual.

Speaking on the campaign, Ishtpreet Singh, Beverages India Head, Unilever, shared, “With Pukka, we are committed to bringing the power of herbal wellness to every home. Our world’s most calming film is more than just a visual retreat—it is an invitation for India to sip mindfully, embrace self-care, and build healthier relaxation rituals. With our infusions, we aim to transform the way people unwind, sleep, and recharge.”

Now available across top metro cities and major e-commerce platforms, Pukka’s premium herbal infusions are set to redefine wellness in India, offering a moment of calm in every cup.
