New Delhi: Maxposure Limited, a global platform in aviation entertainment and content marketing, has acquired Neutral Digital, a London-headquartered innovator known for its cutting-edge work in immersive technologies, CGI, and XR-driven aviation experiences. This strategic acquisition marks a pivotal move to elevate inflight engagement and reimagine the passenger journey through extended reality (XR).

With nearly two decades of experience in the aviation sector and partnerships with major carriers like IndiGo and Air India, Maxposure’s capabilities span across content creation, inflight entertainment, and advertising. The acquisition of Neutral Digital strengthens its commitment to offering next-generation aviation solutions, bridging immersive technologies with passenger-centric design.

Neutral Digital brings a strong portfolio of high-impact work for aviation giants such as Boeing, Airbus, Qatar Airways, Emirates, British Airways, Lufthansa, Etihad, Panasonic, Viasat, and WestJet. Their pioneering use of XR and CGI helps airlines engage passengers in novel, meaningful ways.

As part of the acquisition, Neutral Digital will continue to operate as an independent brand within the Maxposure group, while benefiting from strategic investment, expanded reach, and synergies across markets.
