Mumbai: Socxo has announced a major repositioning of its platform to focus on employer branding—introducing a sharper, more strategic identity as the S.M.A.R.T platform for advocacy. This pivot is designed to help organizations amplify their workplace culture, attract top talent, and build lasting brand equity through authentic employee engagement.

With its roots in enabling brand advocacy since 2018, Socxo’s evolution comes on the back of extensive research into the changing dynamics of advocacy over the past 4–5 years. The repositioning reflects Socxo’s commitment to enabling companies to leverage their most powerful brand ambassadors—their employees—to drive trust, credibility, and visibility in a talent-first marketplace.

At the core of this shift is Socxo’s new S.M.A.R.T model, which stands for Simple, Measurable, Achievable, Rewarding, and Tactical—a framework that goes beyond just technology and extends into strategic and consultative guidance. The platform has been redesigned to offer advanced capabilities like seamless content sharing, deep engagement insights, and actionable analytics—setting a new benchmark in employee advocacy tools.

“Employer branding is no longer optional—it’s a critical differentiator in today’s talent-driven economy,” said Sudarsan Rao, Co-founder and CEO of Socxo. “As the employee advocacy industry evolves, the market challenges and dynamics change rapidly.
