Mumbai: Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited, an amusement and water park operator, announced its strongest-ever financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. With robust growth across all key metrics, the company has delivered a landmark year, reinforcing its transformation journey and growth ambitions.
FY25 Performance Highlights:
- Revenue surged 52% YoY to ₹410 crore (FY24: ₹269 crore)
- EBITDA grew by 67% to ₹176 crore, with margins expanding to 43% (FY24: 39%)
- Profit Before Tax (PBT) before exceptional items jumped 152% to ₹86 crore with 20% margin
- Footfalls more than doubled to 2.7 million (FY24: 1.4 million)
Q4FY25 Performance:
- Revenue rose 66% YoY to ₹94 crore
- EBITDA grew 131% to ₹40 crore with 42% margin
- PBT grew 187% YoY to ₹15 crore
- Quarterly footfalls surged 141% to 0.7 million
Key Developments:
- Launched Indore Water Park, strategically located near Indore and Ujjain, already witnessing promising footfalls
- Added 10 new rides to Wet’n Joy Water Park in Lonavala, enhancing capacity and visitor appeal
- Introduced the Imagicaa Arena Trampoline Park and two new shows at Sai Teerth
- Raised ₹345 crore via preferential issue to fund acquisitions (including Indore park) and strategic growth initiatives
