Chennai: Polymatech Electronics, India’s pioneering semiconductor company, has announced the appointment of Allen Nejah as Chief Innovation Officer and Head of New Product Development. This strategic move reinforces the company’s commitment to accelerating the development of cutting-edge semiconductor and RF systems for sectors including AI, healthcare, and sustainable electronics.
In his new role, Nejah will lead Polymatech’s global innovation strategy, driving research and development efforts and bringing transformative technologies to market. His deep expertise in AI-integrated semiconductors, sustainable electronics, and cross-sectoral innovation aligns with Polymatech’s ambition to be at the forefront of scalable, impactful tech solutions.

The company also noted that several of its upcoming products will be launched globally once relevant patents are approved.
With over 35 years of global experience across aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, medical devices, IoT, and semiconductors, Nejah is a seasoned innovator. As the Founder and CEO of SunMan Engineering, a Silicon Valley-based firm, he has led over 1,664 system-level projects since 1990. His patented technologies have been adopted by global giants including Apple, Tesla, Samsung, and Google.
Among Nejah’s many accomplishments is the creation of one of the world’s first connected car platforms unveiled at CES 2007—an integrated system combining voice recognition, GPS, wireless, and multi-sensor technologies. He also led the development of the world’s first 4G “WiMax” demo through Telemetria Inc., in partnership with Intel, Verizon, Clear Wire, Vodafone, and SunMan.

A serial entrepreneur, Nejah has founded multiple ventures including LightSpeed LLC, Telemetria Inc., and InfiniGear Robotics, known for pioneering work in product design. He holds a degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and also serves as a volunteer professor at San Jose State University, mentoring the next generation of engineers.
