New Delhi: Hero Realty has announced the appointment of Sachin Sharma as its Chief Legal Advisor, reinforcing the company’s focus on strengthening legal leadership, governance frameworks and regulatory capabilities as it continues to scale its operations.
With more than 22 years of post-qualification experience, Sharma joins Hero Realty with extensive expertise across litigation strategy, insolvency resolution, structured finance, real estate transactions, capital markets and regulatory compliance.
In his new role, he will provide strategic legal counsel to the leadership team, oversee litigation and regulatory matters, and support the company’s governance and transaction frameworks.
Before joining Hero Realty, Sharma served as the senior-most legal advisor at Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide legal, regulatory and dispute management functions.
Over the course of his career, he has developed a reputation for delivering commercially focused legal solutions and managing complex business and regulatory environments. His experience includes leading RERA registrations across multiple states, structuring and closing complex lease rental discounting transactions, and driving legal execution for large-scale institutional funding arrangements.

A graduate of the University of Delhi, Sharma holds an LL.B. degree (2000–2003) and has built a career defined by strategic legal leadership, strong commercial judgement and a practical, solution-oriented approach to high-impact business matters.
