Mumbai: Amagi has announced the appointment of Sangeeta Chakraborty as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In her new role, Sangeeta will spearhead all global go-to-market functions, including sales, customer success, marketing, services, and operations—driving Amagi’s next phase of growth and deepening customer impact across global markets.
With over two decades of enterprise software leadership experience, Sangeeta has led and scaled high-performing revenue and customer organizations across both product-led and sales-led growth models. Her track record includes pivotal roles at companies such as Miro, Okta, Checkr, SymphonyAI, Accela, and VMware.
During her tenure at Miro, she served as Chief Customer Officer (2021–2023) and later as Chief Revenue Officer (2023–2024), overseeing the company’s expansion to more than 250,000 global customers and 80+ million users. Under her leadership, Miro was valued at $17.5 billion and ranked #11 on the Forbes Cloud 100 list.

A strategic thinker and frequent industry speaker, Sangeeta brings deep domain knowledge in SaaS and AI across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, government tech, and telecom. She holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from NIT Warangal. She will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
