In her new role, Cauvery will lead the planning and execution of Randstad India’s marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities while building impactful and future-ready marketing functions in India. Her focus areas will include delivering strong APAC strategic integration, driving local execution, engaging talent and client communities, and reinforcing Randstad’s AI-first and digital-led transformation journey.

Cauvery has held leadership roles at Adecco, TeamLease Services, Atos, Siemens, HP, 24/7 Inc., ESPN Star Sports, and Motorola, demonstrating expertise in sales, analytics, business transformation, and integrated go-to-market strategies across both B2B and B2C sectors. Recognized for her innovative and forward-thinking approach, she has been instrumental in building admired brands, driving customer-centric growth, and positioning marketing as a board-level strategic function.

Cauvery holds a PGDBM in Marketing, Human Resources, and Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Mysore.
