Mumbai: Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (‘Z’) has appointed Sudeep Nagpurkar as Chief Sales Officer – Social Platforms, Creator Economy & Partnerships, as the media and technology company sharpens its focus on strengthening digital monetization and expanding its presence across the creator economy.
Based in Noida, Nagpurkar will report to Sandeep Mehrotra, Chief Operating Officer – Advertisement Revenue, and will be responsible for enhancing the company’s digital asset monetization capabilities with a special focus on strategic partnerships across social platforms, creators, brands and advertisers.
The appointment comes as ‘Z’ seeks to capitalize on the evolving attention economy, where brands are increasingly looking for integrated ecosystems spanning content, creators, communities and commerce. The company aims to build a robust digital monetization framework by leveraging its content portfolio, technology capabilities and strategic alliances to unlock new revenue opportunities.
In his new role, Nagpurkar will work closely with platforms, creators, advertisers and brand partners to develop innovative monetization solutions and strengthen the company’s position within the rapidly expanding creator economy ecosystem.

Nagpurkar brings over 16 years of experience across consumer technology, B2B SaaS, retail and FMCG sectors. Most recently, he was associated with Google India as Head of Industry, FMCG, where he drove marketing transformation initiatives for leading consumer brands. Earlier, he worked with National Instruments (Emerson), building expertise in consultative sales and business development.
