Pune – Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India has announced the appointment of Dev Ramchandani as Executive Director within its Business Transformation Services practice. Based in Pune, Ramchandani will spearhead the firm’s next-generation industrial transformation and operations advisory initiatives, with a strong focus on manufacturing-led sectors.
In his new role, Ramchandani is tasked with scaling A&M’s offerings in OT/IT integration, digital operations, and lean performance—delivering pragmatic, measurable outcomes for organizations tackling complex industrial and operational challenges.
Bringing over two decades of experience, Dev Ramchandani specializes in designing and executing large-scale transformation programs that align with corporate vision and strategy. His work spans across sectors including automotive and industrials, metals and mining, healthcare and life sciences, and chemicals. His unique approach fuses operational technology (OT) with information technology (IT) to drive holistic enterprise transformation.
Prior to joining A&M, Ramchandani held senior leadership roles at Tata Motors, McKinsey, and Hitachi, where he led critical factory-floor and enterprise-wide transformation efforts. His expertise also extends to operational excellence, lean methodologies, and industrial digitization, having supported several organizations in adopting Lighthouse principles to enhance strategic market positioning.
