Saya Group unveils Grand Umbrella Campaign, targets ₹80 crore festive sales

Noida: Saya Group, a real estate developer in North India, has announced the launch of its Grand Umbrella Campaign for the upcoming festive season. The campaign aims to drive sales worth INR 80 crore through a mix of luxury residential offerings and high-street commercial developments.

The initiative comes amid peak festive buying sentiment, with real estate emerging as a preferred asset class for both homebuyers and investors. Saya Group’s strategy focuses on tapping aspirational buyers and discerning investors by providing exclusive festive deals and flexible investment options.

Sales are expected to be led by Saya Gold Avenue, the Group’s premium residential project in Indirapuram, alongside marquee commercial developments such as Saya SouthX in Greater Noida West and Saya Piazza at Jaypee Wishtown, Noida. These projects are designed to cater to a diverse buyer base, from families seeking upscale living to investors pursuing secure, high-return commercial assets.

The Grand Umbrella Campaign includes a range of festive-exclusive offers, such as:

  • Ready-to-move homes with immediate registry and possession
  • INR 5 lakh Croma vouchers for new buyers
  • Flexible payment plans to ease home ownership
  • Limited-period festive discounts across select residential and commercial projects

The campaign is further strengthened by premium brand leasing at Saya’s commercial developments, ensuring consistent footfall and added value for investors. Rising market values in Indirapuram, where real estate prices have surged recently, also bolster the attractiveness of Saya Gold Avenue as an investment hotspot.
