New Delhi: Seasoned media professional Varun Kohli has rejoined Bharat Express as its Director & Group CEO, marking a homecoming to the organization where he previously served as Chief Executive Officer.
Kohli’s return comes after his stint at Times Network, where he served as Chief Operating Officer from June 2023 until August 2025. With over three decades of experience across India’s leading media houses.
Prior to his earlier tenure at Bharat Express, Kohli helmed Sporty Solutionz as CEO and spent over eight years with iTV Network, where he held multiple leadership roles including Group CEO, CEO, and COO & Revenue Head. His earlier professional journey includes senior leadership roles at Network18, Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Times Group), HT Media Ltd., Amar Ujala Prakashan, DNA Newspapers, Mail Today, Deccan Chronicle Holdings, and Mogae Media.
With extensive expertise in strategic management, sales, marketing, P&L oversight, people leadership, and operations management, Kohli brings a wealth of experience in steering large-scale media operations and strengthening brand performance across platforms.
