SaffronStays taps WebEngage to deliver personalized guest experiences

Mumbai: WebEngage, a leading SaaS provider of Customer Data Platform and engagement solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with SaffronStays, India’s leading luxury vacation home brand, to elevate the guest experience and strengthen business outcomes. The collaboration will enable a shift from generic campaigns to data-led, personalized content, driving higher engagement, loyalty, and conversions.

Through this partnership, WebEngage will empower SaffronStays to deliver personalized communication at scale, optimize revenue attribution, and streamline automated journeys across channels such as WhatsApp, email, and on-site messaging. By leveraging geo-location, customer preferences, and event-driven data, WebEngage will enable highly targeted and context-rich engagements to reduce drop-offs, increase repeat bookings, and build long-term customer loyalty.
