New Delhi: iCubesWire, a global MarTech solutions provider across content, influencer marketing, media and film production, has announced the launch of iCubesWire CreatorOps, an AI-driven platform designed to simplify and accelerate influencer campaign execution at scale.

As influencer marketing budgets continue to rise, operational workflows behind campaigns have remained largely manual and fragmented. Brands and agencies often manage multiple creators across disparate communication channels, leading to delayed approvals, missed feedback loops, and execution inefficiencies. CreatorOps aims to address these challenges by offering a centralized, structured workflow that brings all stakeholders onto a single platform.

CreatorOps provides a unified dashboard that tracks every stage of an influencer campaign, from initial script drafts to final video uploads. By consolidating scripts, feedback, approvals and video assets in one place, the platform reduces dependency on constant follow-ups and minimizes friction across teams. The system proactively flags delays or bottlenecks, enabling issues to be addressed before timelines are impacted.

The platform leverages AI-driven automation to manage repetitive and time-intensive tasks, including reconciling revised creative assets with client feedback. It also scans content for potential legal or brand-guideline risks prior to filming, helping brands avoid costly reshoots and compliance issues later in the process.

A key feature of CreatorOps is its SLA-based “clock” system, which tracks turnaround times across creators, agencies and clients, clearly identifying where delays originate. Brand managers can access real-time campaign status at any time, eliminating the need for manual updates and status checks.

Early adoption of CreatorOps has shown strong efficiency gains. According to iCubesWire, influencer campaigns executed through the platform are moving approximately 40% faster, driven by streamlined communication and AI-powered automation.
