New Delhi: Vianaar, a leading luxury real estate brand known for its design-led and sustainable developments across Goa, Kasauli, and Sri Lanka, has announced the appointment of Nicky Singh as Associate Director – Marketing.
A seasoned communication strategist and luxury lifestyle specialist, Nicky brings over two decades of experience in brand storytelling, integrated marketing, and strategic communications. She joins Vianaar after an illustrious stint at Mullen Lowe Lintas Group’s digital-first, creative-led PR agency – Lintas Live, where she spent nearly a decade as part of the leadership team.
At Lintas Live, Nicky served as Senior Vice President, spearheading integrated communications, events, and marketing mandates for marquee brands including Cinepolis, Valvoline Cummins, Vadilal International, Turkish Airlines, Porsche, and H&M, among others. She also led the agency’s northern operations and played a pivotal role in business growth and strategy. Prior to this, she was responsible for driving the marketing and communication mandate for DLF Luxury Malls.
Nicky’s appointment at Vianaar marks a strategic return to her core expertise in the luxury segment. She will lead the brand’s communication strategy and creative marketing efforts, with a focus on customer engagement, high-value experience curation, and enhancing brand distinctiveness.

Her expertise lies in crafting B2C curations for HNIs, UHNIs, and C-suite audiences, creating bespoke, high-touch brand experiences. Her strengths include content strategy, relationship management, and integrated campaign execution.
