Bengaluru: Goodera, the world’s leading employee volunteering platform, has announced the elevation of Sriram Shankar to Co-founder. Sriram has played a central role in building the organization and strengthening its leadership team, contributing significantly to Goodera’s mission of powering corporate volunteering for 500+ enterprises, including 65 Fortune 500 companies.
Sriram has been instrumental in expanding Goodera’s global footprint and growing its host network to 2,500+ members worldwide. He has led the creation of new volunteering categories such as Juniors (volunteering with family and kids), ICONs (volunteering for leaders), and Celebrations (volunteering on festivals), enabling companies to create meaningful and measurable impact across diverse causes and communities. Additionally, he is spearheading entry into an adjacent employee engagement category by delivering shared team experiences designed to foster connection, trust, and bonding among employees. In his new role, Sriram will focus on customer success, growth, category expansion, and delivery excellence.
With leadership experience at Genpact, Myntra, and Digit Insurance, Sriram has a strong track record in driving customer experience, operations, and business growth. He also co-founded Findeed, making financial services more accessible to underserved communities in India.
