In his new role, Dr. Anand will lead Protean’s human resources and administration functions, focusing on building an agile, digital-first workforce to power the company’s next phase of growth. With over two decades of experience in HR, organizational design, and business transformation, Dr. Anand has led large-scale digital and cultural shifts across industries. At India Post Payments Bank, he transitioned 300,000 postal employees into tech-enabled professionals through AI-driven HR automation. During his tenure at Kotak Life Insurance, he achieved industry-leading onboarding of 6,000 employees in a single year — setting new benchmarks for efficiency and scale. His expertise spans HR leadership, business strategy, operational turnaround, and governance advisory, aligning closely with Protean’s global growth vision.
