New Delhi: TRC Consulting has announced the appointment of Ms. Shivali Tandon as Director – People & Culture and Member of the Board of Directors, marking a significant step in strengthening the firm’s human capital and organizational transformation capabilities.
A seasoned HR strategist, Shivali brings over 15 years of experience across Fintech, FMCG, Biotech, IT, and Consulting sectors. She has a proven track record of aligning people strategies with business objectives, building scalable and agile HR frameworks, and leading high-impact organizational change. Over the years, she has helped shape workplace cultures rooted in engagement, performance, and inclusion.
In her new role, Shivali will lead the people and culture transformation agenda at TRC Consultation, the consulting vertical of the firm. Her leadership will be instrumental in embedding a people-first philosophy across strategic and operational initiatives, integrating data-driven insights with empathy and systems thinking to enhance workforce productivity, strengthen leadership pipelines, and build an adaptive, high-performing culture.
Armed with an Executive Management Development Program in Strategic Leadership from IIM Lucknow, an MBA in HR from Annamalai University, and a PGDHRM from Symbiosis, Pune, Shivali combines academic rigor with deep professional experience in organizational design, people analytics, and capability development. She also holds globally recognized certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), Gender Sensitization, Emotional Intelligence, and Inclusive Leadership, aligned with SHRM and CPD frameworks.
Her work has been rooted in shaping respectful workplaces, building inclusive organizational cultures, and enabling leadership teams to drive high performance with empathy and accountability.
