Mumbai: Hubtown Limited has announced the appointment of Rupam Dey as Head – Marketing Communications & Branding, marking a strategic move to strengthen the company’s focus on luxury and ultra-luxury real estate.
Announcing the new role, Rupam shared, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head – Marketing Communication & Brand at HUBTOWN!”
In his new role, Rupam will lead Hubtown’s brand strategy, marketing communications, and integrated outreach initiatives. A key part of his mandate will be to further enhance the brand presence of Hubtown’s premium and ultra-luxury portfolio, including 25 Residences, the company’s marquee residential offering. He will be responsible for shaping its brand narrative, consumer experience, and market positioning to appeal to discerning homebuyers.
Rupam brings with him extensive experience in building iconic real estate brands and executing high-impact, integrated marketing strategies. His deep understanding of the real estate sector and proven leadership capabilities are expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening Hubtown’s brand equity across its premium developments.
