Casio India launches ‘Never Just One’ campaign showcasing new vintage AQ-240 series

Mumbai: Casio India has unveiled its latest campaign for the Vintage series, spotlighting the newly introduced AQ-240 model. The series is part of Casio’s broader FUTURE CLASSICS lineup, which blends heritage-inspired design with a sense of nostalgia reimagined for modern tastes.

Casio’s Vintage watches have long enjoyed popularity across generations, particularly among Gen Z and millennial consumers. Built around the idea “Never Just One,” the new campaign reflects a generation that embraces multiple identities and constant evolution. Mirroring this ethos, the AQ-240 stands as a symbol of reinvention and duality, combining classic aesthetics with contemporary functionality.

Set against the backdrop of urban youth culture, the campaign film uses bold, expressive visuals to capture the fluid fashion choices and dynamic lifestyles of young India. The watch is portrayed as a versatile accessory that adapts seamlessly to different moods, roles, and moments, underscoring the campaign’s message of refusing to be defined by a single expression.

At the core of the AQ-240 is its distinctive dual-display dial that merges traditional analog hands with a digital screen. The dial features a radiant sun-ray finish for added depth and clarity, while a retro-inspired TV-shaped display window gives the watch its signature vintage character. The model is available in silver, blue, and gold variants, further enhancing its appeal as a style-forward timepiece.

By introducing this bold new silhouette, we honour Casio’s rich legacy of innovation and craftsmanship, while staying attuned to the rhythm, aspirations, and cultural dynamism of modern India.”

The campaign has been conceptualised by Homegrown and directed by Varsha Patra. With abstract yet impactful storytelling, the film captures Gen Z’s multifaceted identities while highlighting the AQ-240’s fusion of analog and digital, retro and modern elements. The visual narrative reinforces the philosophy of ‘Never Just One’ with cultural relevance and contemporary flair.
