Mumbai: KISNA Diamond and Gold Jewellery, the flagship brand of the Hari Krishna Group, has appointed Nitin Naik as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The move comes as the company accelerates its retail expansion and omnichannel growth strategy across India.
In his new role, Naik will lead KISNA’s technology function spanning digital commerce, retail systems, supply chain integration and data infrastructure. He will collaborate closely with business and operations teams to build scalable platforms, enhance customer experiences and ensure seamless integration between online and offline channels.
Naik brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, global delivery and cybersecurity. He has spent the majority of his career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he led large-scale transformation programmes across multiple domains and global markets. Most recently, as Delivery Head – Cybersecurity, he managed end-to-end cybersecurity service delivery for growth markets as well as global public sector and education clients, overseeing governance, financial performance and strategic client engagement.
