New Delhi: Shalimar Paints, a legacy brand with over 120 years in the Indian paint industry, has unveiled an AI-powered campaign to promote its flagship protection solutions — Hero Weather Guard 12 and Zero Damp Advance. The initiative underscores the brand’s commitment to durability, weather resistance and long-term performance through technology-led storytelling and immersive consumer narratives.

Through the campaign, Shalimar Paints reiterates its assurance to homeowners across the country: “Nischit Suraksha. Saalon Tak.”

Amid evolving consumer expectations and growing demand for advanced home protection solutions, the AI-enabled creative execution demonstrates product efficacy in real-life scenarios. The storytelling highlights the 12-year protection promise of Hero Weather Guard 12 while showcasing the superior damp-proofing capabilities of Zero Damp Advance.

The brand film uses light humour and relatable detail to bring this narrative alive. It follows a meticulous homeowner who carries solutions for every minor inconvenience — a large umbrella for a light shower, plastic wrapping for his backpack, a visor against dust, even a portable fan to dry clothes faster. While he appears well-prepared for the outside world, the exterior of his own home tells a contrasting story — dulled paint, emerging hairline cracks and creeping damp patches that quietly spread over time.

The campaign marks a strategic step in Shalimar Paints’ efforts to blend innovation with consumer-centric communication. By adopting AI-powered creative formats, the company aims to simplify product understanding and strengthen engagement with modern homeowners, painters and channel partners across both urban and emerging markets.

Kuldip Raina, MD & CEO of Shalimar Paints, said, “Homes are built to last, but endurance requires the right protection.” Despite being exposed to weather and moisture all the time, outside walls are frequently disregarded until damage is apparent. We are providing solutions that combine technology and confidence backed by warranties with Hero Weather Guard 12 and Zero Damp Advance. Our dedication to providing long-lasting performance and speaking in a way that appeals to today’s homeowners is reflected in this ad. It is not a good idea to put protection last. It needs to be definite and durable.

The campaign will be rolled out across digital platforms and social media channels, supported by targeted storytelling aimed at educating homeowners about long-lasting exterior and damp protection solutions.

Hero Weather Guard 12 is formulated with adaptive polymer technology designed to help exterior walls withstand harsh weather conditions while maintaining gloss, preventing peeling and reducing colour fading. The product also offers anti-fungal and anti-microbial protection, backed by a 12-year performance warranty. Complementing this, Zero Damp Advance focuses on advanced moisture resistance, helping prevent water seepage and damp-related damage by strengthening surfaces against humidity and seasonal changes, also supported by a 12-year warranty.

With this initiative, Shalimar Paints strengthens its exterior portfolio while embracing modern storytelling formats — balancing innovation in communication with reliability in product performance.
