MINI India unveils new campaign film featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan for MINI Countryman

New Delhi: MINI India has unveiled its latest campaign film for the all-new MINI Countryman, featuring actor Kareena Kapoor Khan in a brand film that celebrates curiosity, individuality, and the distinctive personality of MINI.

Conceptualised by Sociowash Network, directed by Vikalp Chhabra, and produced by Ankit Ahuja from Red Comet Films, the campaign brings together Kareena Kapoor Khan and the MINI Countryman through a playful and engaging narrative that reflects MINI’s spirit of spontaneity, discovery, and fun.

The film introduces audiences to a new perspective of the MINI Countryman as Kareena encounters a version of MINI that has evolved while staying true to its iconic identity. Expecting the MINI she has always known, she discovers a Countryman that offers enhanced space, greater versatility, and everyday practicality, while retaining the signature go-kart feeling and unmistakable MINI character.

Through a series of unexpected interactions, the campaign highlights the vehicle’s features as moments of discovery rather than traditional product demonstrations. Kareena’s natural charm and the MINI Countryman’s bold personality come together to create a playful exchange that showcases the vehicle’s evolution in an engaging manner.

Rather than creating a conventional automotive campaign, we showcased the MINI Countryman in a way only MINI can. As we continue to strengthen the MINI brand in India, we hope to welcome more fans into the MINI Family with this campaign.”

Ankit Ahuja, Founder, Red Comet Films, said, “The idea was to let audiences discover the MINI Countryman alongside Kareena. We kept the film conversational and spontaneous, allowing her personality and the Countryman’s character to spark off each other naturally. Every frame was crafted to feel effortless, cinematic and full of the great energy that makes MINI unique.”

The all-new MINI Countryman is the largest MINI to date, combining increased space and practicality with advanced technology, signature design elements, and the brand’s legendary go-kart feeling. The model features innovations including an immersive circular OLED display and thoughtfully designed interiors, delivering enhanced functionality while maintaining the core MINI experience.

The campaign film is now live across MINI India’s digital and social platforms, inviting audiences to experience the MINI Countryman through a fresh and engaging lens. The campaign combines cinematic storytelling, spirited performances, and the distinctive personality that continues to define the MINI brand.
