Singapore: Redhill, an independent communications agency, and BHM Holdings, Africa’s leading integrated communications group, have entered into a landmark strategic partnership aimed at creating a seamless communications bridge between Asia and Africa — two regions representing over five billion people and some of the fastest-growing economies globally.
The collaboration unites more than 300 communications professionals across over 20 markets, including Singapore, India, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. Together, the firms will provide integrated services spanning strategic brand and corporate communications, issues and reputation management, media relations, digital marketing, creative services, stakeholder engagement and government relations across both continents.

The move comes amid accelerating trade and investment flows between Asia and Africa, with businesses increasingly seeking partners that offer on-the-ground expertise in both regions. “This is about much more than a referral arrangement; we are building the infrastructure for a new era of Asia–Africa commerce,” said Jacob Puthenparambil, Founder and CEO of Redhill. “As Asian companies expand into Africa and African businesses look to Asia for growth, they need communications partners who truly understand both markets. By combining Redhill’s deep expertise across the Asia-Pacific with BHM’s unmatched strength across the African continent, we are creating one of the most powerful independent communications networks connecting these two regions.”

“Africa’s story is one of extraordinary growth and transformation, and the opportunities for collaboration with Asia have never been greater,” said Ayeni Adekunle, Founder and CEO of BHM Holdings. “With Redhill, we have found a partner that shares our ambition, our entrepreneurial spirit, and our commitment to world-class service. Together, we are uniquely positioned to help businesses navigate and succeed across these two dynamic regions.”
Redhill has been recognised by The Straits Times as one of Singapore’s Fastest Growing Companies for five consecutive years (2021–2025), named Asia Agency of the Year at the SABRE Awards Asia Pacific and ranked among the fastest-growing PR agencies globally by PRovoke Media. The agency operates with over 200 professionals across Asia-Pacific and Europe.
BHM Holdings comprises BlackHouse Media, ID Africa and AI-powered communications technology platform Plaqad. The group has been listed by the Financial Times among the 100 fastest-growing companies in Africa and was a finalist for African Consultancy of the Year at the SABRE Awards EMEA. BHM operates across five countries and three continents with nearly 100 professionals.
Under the partnership, clients of both firms will gain preferential access to the other’s full suite of services, local market intelligence and established media and stakeholder networks. Key sectors expected to benefit include technology, financial services, FMCG, energy, infrastructure and government relations.
The partnership is effective immediately.
