Mumbai: Lentra has appointed Rajesh Kumar Rathanchand as its Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership move as the company accelerates its next phase of growth in the digital lending ecosystem.
Lentra, an AI-native platform powering end-to-end lending journeys across retail, business, and agri segments, enables financial institutions to move from application to decision in under 10 seconds. With over 25 configurable loan products and a flexible pay-as-you-go model, the platform supports banks and NBFCs in originating, managing, and scaling credit operations. The company is backed by leading investors including Bessemer, Susquehanna, Dharana, Citi, MUFG, and HDFC Bank.
Rajesh Kumar Rathanchand brings more than 30 years of experience in scaling large retail asset portfolios, SaaS ventures, and analytics-driven financial solutions. He has previously held key leadership roles, including MD & CEO of TransUnion CIBIL and Group Head – Retail Credit & Risk at HDFC Bank.
In his new role, Rajesh will lead Lentra’s strategic growth agenda, with a focus on advancing its technology platforms and strengthening capabilities across credit risk and analytics, as the company looks to expand its footprint in both domestic and global markets.
