Ruokamill onboards Fifth Archer as strategic PR Partner to strengthen brand narrative in India

New Delhi: Ruokamill, a science-backed nutrition brand focused on holistic, age- and gender-specific solutions, has appointed Fifth Archer as its strategic public relations partner in India.

The partnership is aimed at strengthening Ruokamill’s brand narrative and expanding its presence across national media, while driving awareness around the importance of balanced and comprehensive nutrition. Fifth Archer will lead integrated communication strategies, including brand positioning, media relations and thought leadership initiatives.

Founded with the vision of delivering a more holistic approach to everyday nutrition, Ruokamill differentiates itself in a market largely focused on single nutrients such as protein. The company’s product portfolio is designed to cater to evolving nutritional needs across life stages—from children and teenagers to adults and seniors—using formulations guided by nutrition experts and aligned with frameworks such as those recommended by the Indian Council of Medical Research.

The move comes against the backdrop of persistent nutritional challenges in India. National data indicates that nearly 57% of women aged 15–49 are anaemic, while 35% of children under five are stunted. Additionally, a significant portion of the population falls short of recommended daily intake levels for essential nutrients, including proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Ruokamill seeks to address these gaps through multi-nutrient blends that combine proteins, vitamins, minerals, probiotics and other functional ingredients to support overall wellbeing and preventive healthcare.
