Mumbai: Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited (ABLBL) has appointed Raghuvar Seth as Assistant Vice President – Marketing for Allen Solly, strengthening its leadership bench as the brand sharpens its omnichannel growth strategy.
In his new role, Seth will oversee marketing across Allen Solly’s Men, Women, and Juniors portfolios. His mandate spans always-on brand building, scaling creator-led content, and driving full-funnel performance marketing initiatives aimed at boosting both retail footfall and digital revenues.
Seth joins ABLBL after nearly four years at TMRW, the Aditya Birla Group’s venture focused on building and scaling digital-first (D2C) brands. During his tenure, he worked across a portfolio of emerging brands, gaining deep experience in navigating the fast-evolving ecommerce and quick commerce landscape.
Over the course of his career, Seth has built a strong track record of handling increasingly complex business mandates, with a consistent focus on linking marketing efforts to measurable commercial outcomes. His experience spans multiple channels, including D2C, ecommerce, and offline retail, positioning him as a marketer with a strong cross-channel perspective.
An alumnus of the Tata Administrative Service (TAS), Seth began his professional journey with Tata Group, where he developed a foundation in general management and leadership. He has since worked with some of India’s leading consumer brands, including Titan, Tanishq, and Mensa Brands, before his stint at TMRW.
Seth’s appointment comes at a time when fashion and lifestyle brands are increasingly investing in integrated marketing strategies that blend brand storytelling with performance-driven growth. His mix of strategic thinking and executional depth is expected to play a key role in accelerating Allen Solly’s next phase of growth.
