Bengaluru: InMobi has deepened its long-standing collaboration with Salesforce to accelerate AI-driven growth across its global advertising ecosystem, as the company moves towards a unified, AI-first operating model.
As part of the expanded partnership, InMobi is leveraging Salesforce’s advanced solutions to streamline operations across its Demand, Supply, and Xchange business units. Key implementations include Agentforce Sales to enhance pipeline management and customer engagement, and Agentforce Service to strengthen advertiser and partner support through intelligent automation and data-driven workflows.
The integration is aimed at unifying sales, service, and data functions, enabling real-time forecasting, improved opportunity insights, and enhanced decision-making capabilities. InMobi has also deployed Slack Enterprise Grid for seamless cross-functional collaboration and unlocked Data 360 to create a single, unified data foundation for personalised engagement at scale.
Over the past two decades, InMobi has established itself as one of the world’s leading independent advertising platforms, with AI and data forming the core of its innovation strategy. The strengthened collaboration with Salesforce is expected to further enhance its operational infrastructure and support scalable global growth.

Raman Srinivasan, Senior Vice President – Digital Transformation & CIO, InMobi, said, “InMobi is building the next generation of AI-powered advertising solutions for a mobile-first world, and digital excellence is a critical enabler of that ambition. Our long-standing partnership with Salesforce continues to support us in strengthening the operational backbone required to execute on this vision with speed, consistency, and precision.”

Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director at Salesforce India, said, “Advertising is at an inflection point—where advantage will no longer come from scale alone, but from how intelligently and efficiently ecosystems operate. The future belongs to organisations that can unify data, AI, and workflows to move from reactive execution to predictive, real-time engagement. InMobi’s move to build a truly AI-first, unified platform reflects this shift. Together, we are enabling a new operating model—one that is more connected, more intelligent, and built to drive continuous innovation and growth at global scale.”
Looking ahead, both companies plan to further deepen their partnership through the adoption of Tableau and Agentforce, co-developing agentic AI workflows that will enable predictive insights, faster resolution cycles, and more proactive engagement with advertisers and partners.
