Mumbai: Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, an AI-native technology company operating across advertising, marketing and consumer growth, has commenced operations in Singapore, establishing the city-state as its regional headquarters for Southeast Asia as part of its international expansion strategy.
The company said the new hub will serve as the base for scaling its AI-powered advertising and consumer growth capabilities across ASEAN markets through MAITL ASIA PTE. LTD., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mobavenue Global Holdings Ltd.
From Singapore, Mobavenue plans to expand its offerings in programmatic media, audience intelligence, omnichannel customer engagement and consumer growth solutions for brands and agencies across the region.
The company said the move comes as Southeast Asia’s digital economy continues to expand rapidly, with the market projected to reach USD 1 trillion by 2030, driven by rising internet penetration, mobile-first consumers and increasing adoption of artificial intelligence across industries.
Singapore has been chosen as the regional hub due to its mature innovation ecosystem, strategic access to ASEAN markets and growing digital advertising industry, which is expected to reach USD 462 million by 2032.
Mobavenue said it will adopt a platform-led, asset-light operating model in the region, combining its proprietary AI technology with local market expertise to deliver scalable and outcome-driven advertising solutions while maintaining capital efficiency.

Commenting on the expansion, Ishank Joshi, Founder, MD and CEO of Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, said, “The companies that lead the next era of advertising will not be the ones with the biggest media budgets. They will be the ones with the smartest technology. At Mobavenue, we are building AI that makes every marketing decision more intelligent, every campaign more accountable and every customer interaction more meaningful. Singapore places us at the heart of one of the world’s most sophisticated digital economies and gives us the base for our ASEAN expansion. Our goal is simple: build globally relevant AI products that help businesses grow faster, operate smarter and compete with confidence.”
The Singapore office strengthens Mobavenue’s presence in Southeast Asia and enhances its ability to serve clients across ASEAN markets through a unified AI-powered advertising and consumer growth platform.
The company said the regional expansion represents the next phase of its global growth strategy as it seeks to build a globally connected AdTech ecosystem powered by artificial intelligence.
