Mumbai: Ashish Raheja, Managing Director and CEO of Raheja Universal, has been appointed Vice President of NAREDCO Maharashtra. In his new role, he will collaborate with industry stakeholders and the council to advance responsible real estate development and further strengthen Maharashtra’s real estate ecosystem.
Raheja was recently invited to attend the ‘Change of Guard Ceremony’ organised by NAREDCO Maharashtra, where he felicitated Anuj Puri, Chairman and Founder of ANAROCK Group.
The ceremony brought together prominent members of the real estate fraternity to recognise industry contributions and mark a leadership transition within the organisation.
Speaking on his newly appointed role, Ashish Raheja said, “It is an honour to be entrusted with the responsibility of serving as Vice President of NAREDCO Maharashtra. The real estate sector has been one of the key pillars in the country’s economic development, which has witnessed rapid transformation especially in the last few years. I look forward to working with fellow industry leaders to further strengthen the sector through collaboration, transparency and progressive initiatives.”
An industry veteran, Raheja has played a key role in the growth of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s real estate landscape through his contributions over the years. Under his leadership, Raheja Universal has focused on delivering quality developments while adapting to evolving urban homebuyer needs.
