Supertails turns Bengaluru into a living canvas for pet care with Danish Sait-led Campaign

Bengaluru: Supertails has unveiled its largest brand campaign to date, bringing a distinctly local lens to pet care storytelling with Danish Sait at the forefront. Rooted in the cultural fabric of Bengaluru, the campaign reflects the platform’s evolution into a comprehensive pet care ecosystem that goes beyond access to encompass the full journey of pet parenting.

Conceptualised as a city-first narrative, the campaign integrates Bengaluru’s cultural nuances, humour, and identity, leveraging Danish Sait’s relatability as a pet parent and storyteller. Joining him is Pooja Gandhi, reprising her iconic presence from Mungaru Male, further anchoring the campaign in local nostalgia and familiarity.

At the heart of the campaign is a digital film that departs from conventional category storytelling. Instead of simplifying the offering, the narrative embraces complexity through three distinct thematic worlds—ranging from a dramatic spy sequence to a nostalgic cinematic moment and a playful children’s jingle format. Each setting subtly showcases Supertails’ integrated offerings, including veterinary care, grooming services, and 30-minute delivery, without resorting to overt feature demonstrations.

This storytelling approach signals a shift from traditional emotional narratives in the pet care category to a more self-aware, entertainment-led format that resonates with contemporary audiences. By focusing on how the story is told rather than just what is being sold, the campaign underscores changing consumer engagement patterns.

Commenting on the campaign, Vineet Khanna, Co-founder, Supertails, said, “Bangalore is our home turf and our journey has deepened the most here, so it felt natural to tell this story in a way that belongs to the city. We wanted the film to feel local, familiar, and entertaining, while still reflecting how pet care itself is evolving from something transactional to something much more integrated and everyday.”

The campaign also arrives amid a broader shift in the pet care landscape, where consumers are increasingly transitioning from pet ownership to pet parenting. This evolution is driving demand for seamless, end-to-end solutions that combine convenience, expertise, and reliability across every stage of a pet’s life.

With this campaign, Supertails positions itself not just as a service provider but as a culturally relevant brand, aligning its narrative with the everyday realities and expectations of modern pet parents while reinforcing its role in shaping the future of pet care in India.
