Mumbai: ISS Facility Services India has announced the appointment of Gaurav Gupta as Country Manager for India, effective immediately. The move underscores the company’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership in one of its most dynamic growth markets, as it accelerates its India strategy.
With over two decades of experience in shipping, logistics, and supply chain management, Gaurav brings deep expertise in leading large-scale global operations, optimising complex supply chains, and driving efficiency and profitability. He is also known for championing sustainability and leveraging technology to modernise operations, alongside fostering a people-first culture centred on continuous improvement.
As ISS India enters its next phase of growth, Gaurav’s experience in scaling operations, driving transformation, and building high-performing teams is expected to play a critical role in unlocking new opportunities and strengthening the company’s position in an evolving workplace and facility management landscape.

Prior to joining ISS, Gaurav spent seven years at DSV Global Transport and Logistics, where he led in-plant services and solutions across contract logistics, warehousing, distribution, customs, and real estate for India and the broader subcontinent. He has also held senior leadership roles at AP Moller Maersk Group and Bolloré Transport and Logistics, gaining extensive international experience across Europe, Africa, and India.
Based in Mumbai, Gaurav will report to Aksh Rohatgi and will lead ISS India’s operations as the company continues to expand its footprint and enhance its service capabilities in the region.
